Building Dapgeul · In development

Every review deserves a reply. Claude writes the first draft.

Taehun Soft is building Dapgeul, a Claude-powered assistant that drafts replies to customer reviews for Korea’s restaurants, cafés and shops — in each owner’s own voice, approved by the owner before anything is posted.

The problem

Reviews decide where Korea eats. Owners have no time to answer them.

On Naver Place and Korean delivery apps, ratings and owner replies shape which shop a customer picks. Owners know every review deserves a thoughtful answer, but after a twelve-hour day of service, most go unanswered — and the angry ones that matter most are easy to miss.

Time

A careful reply takes minutes. Multiply by every review, every day, for a one- or two-person shop.

Tone

Korean customer service needs warm, precise honorifics. A curt or defensive reply does more harm than none.

Triage

Hygiene, wrong orders and late deliveries need a fast, careful response — they get buried among compliments.

How Dapgeul works

Claude at every step. The owner always has the final word.

Dapgeul (Korean for “reply”) is designed as a simple loop: Claude reads, understands and drafts; the owner approves.

Understand

Claude reads casual Korean reviews — slang, sarcasm, mixed praise and complaints — and classifies what the customer needs.

Claude API
Triage

Urgent issues such as hygiene, wrong orders or delays are flagged so the owner sees them first.

Structured output
Draft

Claude writes a reply in the owner’s voice from a per-shop style guide built from the menu, policies and past replies.

Per-shop guidance
Approve

The owner approves, edits or skips each draft. Edits refine the style guide. Nothing is posted automatically.

Human in the loop
Why Claude

Built on Claude, and built with Claude.

Natural, polite Korean

Replies to customers must sound warm and natural in Korean honorifics, not translated. Claude writes Korean in exactly this register.

Careful judgment

A reply to an upset customer must not over-promise or sound defensive. Claude follows detailed guidelines, so drafts avoid offering refunds or discounts the owner has not approved.

Long context for each shop

A shop’s menu, policies and history of replies fit in context, so every draft is grounded in that shop — not a generic template.

A one-person company that ships like a team

We build with Claude Code every day — from prototypes to this website. Claude is how a solo founder can build, test and support a product for thousands of shops.
